I can see the indicators on the machine register midi in, and then (from memory) port A out seems to be registering, but the actual midi isn't reaching the software.Īnyone expert on this, that might have some ideas as to what might be the issue? I really want one of these, and don't want to spend $500 or so on a new one. Shouldn't I get one if I add/remove programs, delete any files I find, etc? The tech rep had me initialize the mtp to factory settings, and claimed that the midi should now just work. Disconnecting from the mtp av, and connecting to the micro lite fixes all midi issues. They use (confirmed by support) the exact same drivers, of which I have the latest. ![]() I had 2 motu micro lites installed previously, which I disconnected so as to simplify things. I cannot get any actual midi communication to take place in the applications. however the latter gives me an error that it can't communicate. It shows up by name in my applications, and the accompanying Clockworks application shows it by name. I've dutifully gone through uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, rebooting.everything I can think of. ![]() I cannot install it successfully on my windows xp, sp 2 machine.
